Bento

I often bring my bento to my office for lunch. When I decide on what to put in my lunch box. I try to fill it with yellow, green and red food. Because these colors make food look more delicious. When I am able to fill those 3 colors in my lunch box, I look forward for lunch. Sometimes all food in the bento box is brown. It doesn't look good. And I don't look forward for lunch. Someone said "Lunch box is a canvas." It is necessary to cook delicious food to spend a good lunch time. Moreover I must have a better sense of designing my lunch box.

My favorite exercise

I started to exercise at the gym. I wanted to use th treadmill and try out hula dancing.
On the first day I went to the gym with my sister.
There was a hula dance class scheduled in the studio classes. Because a lot of people enjoy hula, I was sure I can enjoy the dance too.
My expectations were wrong. It was boring.
On the 2nd day there was an aerobics class. I didn't feel like taking the class. I wasn't interested in the exercise.
I thought I didn't like aerobics. My sister said "If you haven't tried it before you shouldn't decide whether you like it or not". I agreed with her.

And then I tried aerobics for the first time. I enjoyed it a lot.
Against my expectations, I liked the exercise very much. Now I'm look forward to take the aerobics class every week.

Interesting points of Japan

I have Malaysia friends. When I was talking with them about Japan, I realized new interesting points of Japan.

I asked them "Why did you come to Japan?". One of them answered "I aspired to go to Japan for a long time. Going to Japan was my dream". I continued to ask them questions such as, "What do you think about Japan?". A girl answered "Japan is very safe. I was surprised to see elementary school students going to school on their own. In Malaysia, students go to school by the school bus. Or their parents take their children to school". She continued talking, this time about Japanese fashion. She thought Japanese skirts were very beautiful. Girls in Malaysia buy Japanese magazines and they like to follow Japanese fashion.

A boy talked about Japanese food "Japanese food is very delicious. I always eat too much in spite of oneself. I gained 10 kilos since I arrived in Japan". I'm certain he is bigger now compared to when I first met him.

I enjoy looking at their photos. Their photo consists of ordinary things such as an entrance of a Japanese restaurant, flowers on side walk, egg sushi, my small car and the gate of my friend's house. These things are ordinary things but they are interesting for foreigners. I like to listen to foreigners talk about things that interest them in Japan. I can realize new things about Japan.

My poor Cello

There is a large cello case in my closet. The last time I opened the case was 10 years ago.
I was in an orchestra when I was a high school student. After graduating high school, I sometimes played the cello as a hobby.
Since I started working, I didn't play the cello at all. Ten years have passed since I last played the cello.
I was concerned about the cello for 10 years, but I couldn't open the case because I was scared.
I was scared to find out that my cello would be covered in mold or that it will be broken.

I had a good reason to open the case this time. My friend asked me to play the cello at her wedding party.
Finally I opened the case. I took my cello to get it repaired. After 1 week the repair master said to me "I have to fix some parts, but this cello's condition is good".
I felt a relief when I heard that. I'm looking forward to see my cello after it is been fixed.

Amazing hot spring

When I went to Hakuba, I found a good hot spring. I don't like hot springs, but that hot spring was very interesting.
The hot spring was far from my lodge which was at the center of the city. On the way to the hot spring there is a tunnel of trees. I was nervous because there was nothing except trees. There were only some simple signs of the hot spring. After a while I was able to reach the hot spring. A man was sitting at a simple looking reception. I paid him and deposited my wallet in an uncomplicated lookin security box. There was a door behind the entrance. The door was also very plain. I can see the inside through the gap. I was surprised at what I saw when I opened the door. I saw a simple changing space and hot spring with no roof. The river runs beside the hot spring. I felt freedom with the healing sound of the river. Only little amounts of hot water was available from the fancet. Although the facilities were very simple, the scenery and atmosphere was amazing. It was my first time to ever think that a hot spring can be interesting.

Happy Turn, a Japanese cheap snack covered with Miracle powder

Happy Turn is a Japanese cheap snack. If you are invited to a party.
I recommend you to bring this snack. This snack makes people happy. It has an oval shape.
Each snack is wrapped in transparent paper. It tastes salty and a little sweet.
Each piece is covered in powder which is called "Miracle powder".

Recently I brought this snack on my short trip. I handed it out to my friends. They enjoyed eating it.
Which led them to an endless talk about the miracle powder. One of them said "This snack is my most favorite snack".
My other friend said "I want to eat only the powder".
People who love this snack especially like this powder. Once you taste this powder, you are a prisoner of this snack.
There are rumors that the powder contains a drug because people are crazy about it.
In fact the powder doesn't containing any drug.
Anyway the snack turns people happy just like their name.

Celebrities -NY

Today before we went to watch a musical we had dinner at a Pizza restaurant nearby the hall. The restaurant was crowded. We thought that they must serve good pizza at the restaurant. After we opened the door we noticed that a lot of people were surrounding an area in the restaurant. No one is line for buying at the counter. We got our dish, and then we sat at a table which was beside the crowd.

We watched the crowd as we had pizza and salad. Most people had cameras. They pointed to the same direction. In the center of the crowd a group of people were having dinner. The body guards were standing beside the group.

I recognized a woman from the group. Her name is Sarah Palin. When my friend and I were talking about her, a TV crew came up to us. The interviewer asked me about the man in the center of the crowd, but I didn't recognize him. I said that I recognized the woman. After my interview, the TV crew went to other customers.

That night we saw the TV interviewer on a TV program. Unfortunately my interview was cut off.
